Here is the study: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/10890261/ It was only n=5 but my layperson understanding is that the results were significant. Either I’ve never noticed a grapefruit warning (and at one time I read the documentation fully) or Sertraline doesn’t come with one…
