I’d imagine it’s mandatory for an importer to have an address in Canada at least for their Canadian office. That label is like, legally the vaguest possible thing to say.
It would be good to have percent of value added for each country a product has been in. Cotton from Zimbabwe 25%, weaving in China 50%, screen printing in Canada 25%, for example.
