I don’t think he’s done Cognac, but Big Clive at bigclivedotcom on YouTube has a series called “will it carbonate”, where he uses a soda stream to try and carbonate all sorts of adult beverages. At least a bit interesting even in the ones where he’s not giving much feedback.
