I’ve always wanted to see a group of regular people do Olympic sports, or have like one regular person in each event so we can see the true extent of how specialized these people are.
There was this Olympic sprinter who went to her kid’s school for one of those parent-child events, and the race was just ridiculous levels of skewed. There’s a video of it, and I think it made the rounds as a lighthearted piece on some news sites.
