It always amuses me that the US - the land of the free, the home of the brave - has a fair proportion of its people living in homes over which they have significantly less control than basically everyone else in the world has over theirs.
Shoutout to the house in Hillsboro, CA off I-280 that actually did this. Neighbors lost the battle.
We had a Sinclair gas station at a nearby town that had one of their apatosaurii. The gas station changed hands a few times but they decided to leave the dino, probs because it was an ecological disaster idk gas stations are weird. After about 10 years a private party bought the dino statue and i’m sure it is on some billionaire’s lawn now.
i didn’t read any “no dinosaurs” rule
Mine has that rule but I assumed it applied to the HOA board.
