Its fucking insane, she was pissed off at his gun and Trump talk and he coaxed her into the bedroom to show her his gun and he killed her.

    It’s ultimately up to his testimony. Unless there is blaring evidence it was premeditated or on purpose, there would be enough reasonable doubt involved to call it accidental.

    With that said, yes, it’s insane.

      Negligent Homicide is a crime in many places, including Texas. He was drunk and pointed a loaded gun at her, then had what the gun people refer to as a negligent discharge.

    Not a lawyer, but I was under the impression you can’t prosecute someone for a crime that occurs in a different jurisdiction?

    Though I have heard of so called sex vacation laws? But I never hear anyone prosecuted for those.

      People get prosecuted for things out of jurisdiction all the time. There’s a few states right now trying to lock up doctors from other states.

      It doesn’t usually work very well though.
